Financial Policy:
The Methods of payment we offer are:
- Payment at time of services, including prearranged installments while treatment ensues.
- Payment of estimated portion of fee not covered by insurance.
- Check, cash, MasterCard or Visa payments.
- Interest free payment plans.
Dental insurance:
Insurance payments may cover some or most of your charges. As a service to you, we accept assignments from many carriers or will submit claims to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. Our staff will be happy to assist you in obtaining policy summaries from the insurance carriers, and calculating estimated benefits and co-payments.
You will be asked to sign a form allowing us to collect directly from your insurance company or submit claims for your direct reimbursement, and to release diagnostic information to them as may be necessary.
